Data and hosting

Operator, hosting and data retention

The project aims for European operation. Processing locations, providers and retention periods will need to be documented before access opens.

Operator

Identify the service provider

The contracting entity, terms and responsibilities will need to be identified. European operation is the objective; there is no contractual service offer yet.

Processing

Name the locations and parties

Hosting regions, inference providers, support access and any subprocessors will need to be documented. Data stored in Europe may still be processed elsewhere if the chain is not controlled.

Retention

Define what is kept

Retention periods for inputs, outputs and logs need to be specified. Any use of data for evaluation or training will require explicit terms.

Project status

Distinguish ambition from evidence

We currently claim no certification, contractual compliance or residency guarantee. Supporting documents will be published when operating choices have been settled.

Common questions
Has a model already been trained in Europe?

No production model is being announced. Its origin, licence and hosting will be part of the technical choice and launch information.
